I offer personalized health and wellness coaching. I also offer courses on how to start a daily meditation practice, how to declutter your home quickly and how to simplify your life by creating a capsule wardrobe.

I host corporate wellness workshops on how to increase your stress resilience and how to change your habits to reap the benefits of powerful wellness practices.

For Leadership Teams.

I support women leaders by providing on-going wellness cohorts to create healthier work-life integration and increased stress resilience.

I provide personalized wellness coaching to help you kick-start new, healthy habits, increase your energy, and serve as your accountability buddy.

Life’s stressors won’t disappear, but how you carry your stress can change. When you make simple shifts in daily habits — like creating self-care rituals and starting a mindfulness practice — you can profoundly impact your relationship to stress and become more resilient.

Incorporating other wellness practices or stress-resiliency tools can also increase your resilience. Habits like: getting more quality sleep, practicing gratitude, eating plant-based diets, and getting more physical movement.

The Neuroarts Collective, formerly Seek United offers a six-part virtual wellness workshop series for organizations. Helping employees increase their stress resilience and overall wellbeing. For leadership teams, I host a 6-month wellness cohort to help create consistent healthy habits and build a personal stress resilience tool-kit. We also offer an on-demand Crash Course in Stress Resilience, and private wellness coaching.
