business thrives, when people thrive.
Our executive health and wellness workshops give your employees smart ways to simplify daily routines, stress less, and make small changes at home to help them lead happier, healthier lives — which means they will be more focused and productive during working hours.
Personal Wellness, Meet Professional Development.
Our workshops are based on research by health, psychology, organizational and financial experts. We focus on topics that are proven to improve stress resiliency, decrease decision fatigue, increase mindfulness, healthy habits, and better communication across teams.
Better for business. And you.
Employees who feel valued and heard are more likely to be engaged at work—and you won’t have to build out a holistic curriculum to do it. Developed as a series, the workshops work together, but can also be presented individually. After we’ve talked, we can help you select what fits best for your organization.

What people are saying.
As a full-time working mom, getting the clutter out of my life was instrumental to the morning get-three-kids-out-of-the-house routine. When everything has it's place, it makes it easier for the kids to get their own clothes and school items and helps avoid the "I can't find the other shoe!" calamity. Less family drama and avoiding some of the child meltdowns in the morning helps me show up to work more composed and less mentally scattered.
As an individual, I found that minimizing my wardrobe helps make getting ready for the day easier. Having fewer clothes to keep track of and knowing that all of them fit and feel good on my body means I put less mental energy into getting myself ready each day and then I have more to give to others in the morning.
Until this presentation we did not even realize how draining the seemingly small piles of stuff in our live were. We have re-organized our space and are now able to be more present during our time with our daughter.
My wife and I recently attended a Cut the Clutter workshop with Brianna Harrington of Seek United. With her characteristic humor and charismatic wit, Brianna created a welcoming, productive space for sharing ideas and setting goals. We came home with concrete and creative ideas for simplifying our space, enabling us to maintain stability and calm in our house, even with a growing family and two full-time jobs. — Dan, 31
I recently attended a forum, led by Brianna, to learn about living a minimalistic lifestyle. The time was well spent, as I thoroughly enjoyed the discussion. Brianna's passion for this topic was immediately apparent, and her ability to read and engage the audience allowed for the creation of thought-provoking dialogue.
As my husband and I looked around our house and saw boxes still full from our move six months before, it was hard to know where to start. With busy jobs and two kids under 18 months, it sometimes felt like it was all we could do just to keep our space dish and diaper free, let alone touch the clutter. In just one Saturday working with Brianna, we accomplished more than we had in the six weeks prior. Her fresh perspective, creative ideas, and can-do attitude helped us regain control over our house and finally settle in. — Laura, 30
